I get to use all of Pentax 67 lenses on my new 7D. This is great for video as I have to manual focus anyway, with stills it would be a pain as of course there is no auto focus and the focusing screen is not really set up for manual focusing (changing to a split focusing screen would fix this though). The adapter is well made and looks like it will last okay, the lenses fit and release easily and smoothly. My only complaint is once mounted on a tripod because of all the weight hinging on the adapter it is not the most stable set up, having said that with a little care steady footage is possible. For those of you wondering about the look of these lenses on a Canon body, don't hesitate it's wonderful, the Pentax lenses compliment my old Nikon primes nicely. I have the Pentax 67 and Nikkor Fotodiox Pro adapters and I'm happy with both. I've been shooting video with a Canon 7D and the fit between the camera / adapters / lenses is tight - I haven't tried cheaper adapters but these seem worth the money to me.
