Fotodiox sent the wrong hood (for the first 16-35 versus the 16-35II), so had to send it back. When I got the right hood it works fine. The bayonet base fits like it should, not too tight and not loose, and the inside of the petals have a flat-black paint applied to them to reduce any glare. I'll deduct one star for not having the flak lining the original Canon one did, but at almost $50 cheaper, shoooot... |
